Sending

Once a quote is ready, send it to your customer as a secure link. They can open it on any device — no account or app required.

Send by SMS or email

Send the quote link by text message, email, or both. The customer gets a company branded SMS card or email with a link to view the quote.

What your customer receives

The link opens the quote in a browser, branded with your company details. Your customer can review the line items and any attached documents, sign, and pay from the same page.

Resending

Need to send it again? Open the quote and resend the link. Use this if the customer did not receive the first message or asks for a fresh copy. The link stays the same, so an earlier message still points to the current quote.

Payment reminders

Need to remind them about their balance? Open the quote and select Remind to pay balance. You can send it by SMS, email, or both. The customer gets a branded SMS card or email asking them to pay their balance.
