Sending & follow-up
Every quote goes out as a secure link. Your customer opens it on any device to review, sign and pay — no account, no app.
Send by text or email
In the app, tap Send on a finished quote and choose Text message, Email, or both.
- Text message opens Messages on your phone with the message and link already written, so it comes from your own number. Tap send there. The link shows up as a card with your logo and business name.
- Email is sent for you, branded with your logo and colors.
If the customer has only a phone number or only an email on file, you’ll be offered that one, with a quick way to add the other. The quote moves to Sent.
On the web, open a draft and choose Send for signature: nudge emails the customer and copies the signing link so you can paste it anywhere else.
What your customer sees
The link opens your quote in their browser, in your colors: the line items, any photos and documents, your terms, and the total. They sign right on the page, and — when your business takes online payments — pay from the same page. You can see that page yourself any time with Preview quote.
Resend a quote
- Resend for signature (Sent or Viewed quotes) sends the same link again. Use it when the first message didn’t arrive or the customer asks for it again.
- Resend with new expiry (Expired quotes) asks how long the quote should stay valid, then sends it fresh so the customer can sign.
After they sign
Your customer is emailed the signed contract as a PDF. If they lose it, open the quote and choose Resend signed PDF: you and the customer both get a copy. You can also view or download it from the quote at any time.
Remind to pay a balance
When a signed quote still has money owing and your business takes online payments, open it and choose Remind to pay balance. In the app you can send it by text, email, or both; from the web it goes by email. The message links straight back to the page where they pay.
Cancel or delete a quote
- Cancel quote works on a quote that’s been sent but not signed. The customer can no longer sign it. Changed your mind? Undo cancel.
- Delete removes a draft, or a quote that was never signed, from your list.
- A signed quote can’t be cancelled or deleted: it’s a contract.
