Core

Tracking

Every quote moves through a set of statuses so you always know where it stands, from the moment you create it to the moment you are paid.

Quote statuses

These are the chips you see on the quote list and at the top of every quote.

Draft
Created but not sent yet.
Sent
Delivered to the customer.
Viewed
The customer opened the link.
Signed
The customer signed the quote.
Payment clearing
The customer paid by bank transfer and the money is on its way; bank transfers take a few business days to clear. The quote moves to Deposit paid or Paid in full on its own once the funds land.
Deposit paid
The customer paid a deposit.
Paid in full
The customer paid the full balance.
Expired
The quote passed its expiration date without being signed.
Cancelled
You cancelled the quote.

Push Notifications

nudge notifies you when a quote is viewed, signed, or paid, so you know the moment a customer takes action.

The Viewed push notification is turned off by default. Manage all of your push notification preferences under Settings → Profile.

Bank transfers are the one exception to the timing. You get an email as soon as the customer submits one, so you know it is coming, and the paid notification follows a few business days later when the money actually clears.

Analytics

Your home and quote page dashboard summarizes quotes sent, signed, and expired, along with the total value of signed quotes, so you can see how your pipeline is performing at a glance.
